Dress: Others Follow

Velvet has been on trend for a couple of seasons now which I love because normally velvet is saved for just winter. The dress I am wearing is from the lovely clothing brand “Others Follow.” I love pairing t-shirts under more dresser pieces to make the look more casual. The color is beautiful too, perfect to match with black accessories.

Slip Blouse: FOREVER 21

Bodysuit: Forever 21

Bomber: H&M

Choker: Forever 21

Necklace (Similar): Free People

Denim: H&M

Layers, layers, layers! This is the biggest and latest trend in the fashion community and I am all about it. Pairing an elegant blouse with a casual t-shirt somehow creates a killer outfit, perfect for anytime of the day.

This look is all about accessorizing as well. I added a nude choker and a metal necklace from forever 21 which was only 4 bucks!! You can’t beat that. And since it is winter, I added a bomber as well which has a beautiful tiger detailing.

Let me know what your favorite fashion trend is at the moment!?

Dress (Similar): Forever21

Coat: Forever21

Boots: Forever21

I especially love this time of the year for two reasons… Faux fur and velvet everything!! Velvet is such a classic and stunning fabric that I think it’s a shame most people only wear it during the winter season. The dress I am wearing is a black baby doll dress with velvet flowers all over it. Pairing it off with a faux fur coat to make it more of a night out outfit and added some glove booties.

I can guarantee you that you will see more velvet peices throughout this season on my blog (:
